Now, we bring our Japanese dining to your home!! Sushi, Sashimi, Tempura, Katsu, Gyoza, etc.
Freshly cooked at your kitchen. Perfect for your special occasion like birthday, anniversary, friends gathering, family gathering, etc. You can relax and eat at your own home.

MEET THE CHEF

Kaori Suzuki

I was born in Toyama, Japan, but mostly I grew up in Kanazawa which is really foody city. Right in the middle of city, we have one of the famous market in Japan called Ohmicho-ichiba. My mum is a really good cook and she used to get nice and fresh ingredients from there. I helped her cooking a lot when I was little. So a lot of my cooking ideas and taste comes from her.

I lived in Komagane, Nagano which is located in the middle of mountains for 14 years. Their speciality is Soba (buckwheat) noodle. Soba field is everywhere!! Also, it is fruit country as well. Nice juicy apples, grapes, pears, and so on. Also, nice soft water from the mountains. I was so spoiled by all sorts of good food there!!

I came to Bury St Edmunds in 2012. I love this nice little town!! Nice traditional outdoor market twice a week. Beautiful Abbey garden and cathedral. The smallest pub in England. Some excellent cafes, restaurants and pubs. But no Japanese restaurants here!! I would love to introduce the real Japanese food to the people here. So I started Japanese supper club and Yakitori stall in the market. I am very happy to see the people's face when they taste my dishes and think of Japan.
